Jordan Amadio, MD, FAANS, is a board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in applying innovative technologies in the operating room to treat brain and spine disorders. His clinical practice focuses on complex and minimally invasive spine surgery, surgical neuro-oncology, and neuro-trauma.Dr. Amadio was educated at Harvard Medical School, MIT, and Princeton University. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Emory University, one of the nation’s busiest neurotrauma centers. During his training, he pursued a Congress of Neurological Surgeons Innovation Fellowship and a Council of State Neurosurgical Societies Socioeconomic Fellowship.
Dr. Morteza Sadeh is one of Olympia Neurological Institute’s neurosurgeons. Fellowship-trained, he received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and speaks multiple languages, including Farsi. He specializes in brain and spinal tumors, epilepsy surgery, and neurosurgical spine surgery, with particular expertise in complex spine deformity and minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Sadeh has 30 peer-reviewed publications and over 300 citations, reflecting his dedication to advancing the field through both clinical excellence and academic research.
Dr. Mohan was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended Yale University and graduated with a B.S. in Intensive Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. In college, Dr. Mohan was involved in global health project management and traveled to India, Botswana, and Angola to work on the implementation of healthcare delivery projects.

Shelia Leach is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she also earned her B.S.N.. Her expertise lies in caring for individuals who have sufferred significant physical and mental trauma. She enjoys spending time with family attending plays and concerts, traveling, decorating and walking my dog, Zoe.
Paul Hunnicutt is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds three Associate Degrees from the Alamo Colleges in Texas. Paul is a U.S. Army retiree with 20 years of honorable service, bringing a disciplined, mission-focused perspective to his psychiatric practice.
Savannah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is board-certified in Pain Management Nursing. Savannah attended Oklahoma State University – Institute of Technology where she earned an Associates Degree in Nursing. she worked as a Registered Nurse for eight years prior to advancing her practice. She later attended Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her goal is that all patients feel comfortable, welcome and heard while they are being seen in the clinic.

Her signature hugs have become a hallmark of comfort, making her patients feel truly cared for from the moment they arrive. With a career shaped by deep knowledge and a genuine love for people, Regenia delivers care that’s empathetic, precise, and deeply personal. Whether helping someone manage chronic pain or simply lending a listening ear, she’s known for turning clinical visits into moments of healing and human connection. When she’s not at the clinic, Regenia finds joy in the quiet beauty of birdwatching, gardening, and unwinding with a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.
Logan Harkness, MHA, is a dedicated Practice Manager with a rich background that informs his approach to healthcare management. Raised in the Midwest, he served honorably in the Navy as a medic for six years right after high school, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care and teamwork. Following his military service, Logan transitioned to Olympia Neurological Institute where he applied his skills in a civilian healthcare setting. Recognizing the importance of education in enhancing his capabilities, Logan pursued and earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in healthcare administration along with billing and coding certifications.
Susan joined Olympia Neurological Institute in 2022 as a Medical Biller and Coder. Since then she has advanced to the role of Assistant Practice Manager. Susan holds an Associate Degree in Health Science along with several professional certifications. In addition, she brings over 15 years of experience in the medical field to her current role. Susan is also a proud Veteran of the United States Army who was born and raised in Oklahoma. Susan takes great pride in her roots. Outside of work she enjoys skydiving, attending concerts and spending time outdoors with her family.
Lawrence Moran is a seasoned former Hollywood TV director and producer. With a diverse career spanning both entertainment and healthcare, Lawrence has directed primetime television favorites such as America’s Most Wanted and LIVE: The Grammys Red Carpet Experience. He is also the co-creator and host of the Paramount+ show How Hollywood Works with Warner Brothers UK President Josh Berger and helmed the pilot of 1921: Black Wall Street in 2021.
Sierrah has been in the medical setting for 10+ years. She has been with ONI for 5 years and is also in nursing school, She plans on staying with the practice after graduation to help provide patients with great care. – Outside of work Sierrah loves spending time with her family helping to operate the family cattle business. She will tell you, “I have an unhealthy obsession with naming my cattle after western gunslingers.” Sierrah’s all-time favorite movie is, “Tombstone.”
Amanda Smith serves as the Regional Manager for Olympia Neurological Institute, where she oversees daily operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and organizational efficiency. With over a decade of healthcare management experience, Amanda brings a proven track record of operational excellence, team leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered service. – Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her children, going camping, riding ATVs, and raising baby calves. Her passion for family, nature, and animals reflects the same dedication and heart she brings to her professional role every day.
Lacey is our wonderful Phone Team Manager. Lacey joined Olympia Neurological Institute in 2023, bringing over six years of experience in the healthcare field along with a range of medical certifications. Lacey’s background includes both clinical knowledge and administrative expertise, making her a well-rounded asset to the team. Lacey consistently shows strong leadership, communication skills and problem-solving skills, which have led to her current promotion. Lacey remains dedicated to ongoing professional development and is passionate about improving the patient experience through thoughtful service and care.
Josh enjoys the back-end side of the medical world. Honing a Clerical/Backoffice tool set going on 8 years. A facet of Joshua’s job that he enjoys is ensuring that all components are moving in the right direction. A fun fact about Joshua is that he is certified as a full-stack web developer. Outside of work he enjoys things like model building, tabletop games and spending time with his dog, Piper.
After obtaining my marketing degree from Texas State University, my focus is providing strategic growth and community outreach for Olympia Neurological Institute. As someone who is passionate about proper healthcare, I work closely with physicians and staff to develop strategies that enhance visibility and connect patients to expert care.
Stormi has been a nursing assistant since 2015 and is extremely happy to experience a new opportunity with Olympia Neurological Institute. Stormi started at the McAlester, Oklahoma clinic in March of this 2025. She absolutely loves her team and patients. Stormi states that she is proud to be part of the Olympia Neurological Institute family and we feel the same about her.
Akia Brown is our fabulous Team lead/MA in Meeker. She has studied and worked as an EMT and phlebotomist in both Oklahoma and Georgia. Her experience in the healthcare field spans six years. Patient care has always been her passion. She loves getting to know each of her patients and doing her best to help them. She is also a proud Navy wife and pet mom of 6.
Denise has worked in the medical field for over 30 years and has been a valued part of the Olympia Neurological Institute team for the past two years. She believes deeply in showing care and compassion to every patient, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.Known for her warm and welcoming presence, Denise brings decades of experience, professionalism, and heart to her role each day. Her commitment to patient care aligns perfectly with Olympia’s mission of delivering excellence in neurological services.Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, reading good books, and nurturing her faith in the Lord.
Charissa has been with ONI since December 2024. Prior to starting with ONI, I have done billing for 18 years. She has an associates in Accounting and a passion for the puzzle of billing and making sure patient’s claims get paid by insurance companies. Charissa enjoys chasing three active kids to all of their sport and school events, riding horses, golfing, time at the lake and the company of her husband and the small town neighbors and friends as well as their families.
Jennifer May lives in Broken Arrow OK and has 3 children,1 grandbaby and 2 more on the way. She has been working in medical billing for the past 20-plus years as she started as a receptionist then moved into registration where she learned medical insurance. Jennifer has been working in pain-management for 5 years and absolutely loves the beach, cooking, gardening and her grandkids.
